Like new 36 ford “spare tire” fender for sale. Totally unmolested. Black – still has the lock down hoop in tact. The fender is ribbed down the center and you could easily make 2-3 really cool rat style fenders out of this piece. This thing is almost 90 years old but is still in really great shape. Yeah – for all my love for bikes, I’ve always had a soft spot for the occasional Vespa. I bought my first maybe 8 years ago from a naval yard. It was a 1971 Sprint 160 if I remember correctly. It was a pretty slick little scooter. Other than some bad points, that thing would rip up and down the club house parking lot. I found this one a couple years back when I was still in Boston. Everything was there but the body needed some serious work. I’ve probably spent the better half of this winter bang out all the dents and preping for paint. Here’s a shot of all the body work almost ready for paint.
