DUMPTRIKE!

Yeah – This is actually NOT a chop job! It’s originally some kind of Italian trike frame including the truckster style bed. The guy who finished it said the old bed was garbage so he had to whip up a new one. He also installed a twin hydro powered jack motors to automatically lift and dump as needed. He also ended up replacing the front end and tank with some Honda stuff cause the original condition of a lot of the thing was pretty rough. Anyway. It’s clean, runs great, clutchless 4 speed w/ reverse and it would make a great track toy. Gotta get me one!

For Sale! – Raw Fender to CHOP

Like new 36 ford “spare tire” fender for sale. Totally unmolested. Black – still has the lock down hoop in tact. The fender is ribbed down the center and you could easily make 2-3 really cool rat style fenders out of this piece. This thing is almost 90 years old but is still in really great shape. I bought it for a chop project but ended up going with a duck tail instead. No major dings, dents or damage anywhere. READY TO CHOP! $225 – obo – see forum classifieds for more info.

More First Thursday – Minneapolis

More First Thursday – Minneapolis. Machines include Zac Doom swing arm chop, a metric chopper and an oldie from unknown Twin Cities owners. Speed Club Approved – Enjoy.

Slim Fab

This guy has been around for some time now. I remember first hearing about him through researching the crazy ass trike pictured below. And later, seeing him turn up in a cycle magazine I found at a grocery store. This guy is all about custom fabrication of metric 2-strokes. Slim has some serious skill and imagination. Everything he turns out has his style (and name) all over it. Literally. Dig it – Speed Club Approved. Check out his chop blog too.

The Man Behind the Heavy

Caught Heavy himself (Zac Doom) at the Bike show last weekend shooting pics for his blog, Heavy-Clothing.com (previously lifeisfuct.com). This guy and is definitely one of the Twin Cities proud few who exudes Midwest chop culture on an hourly basis. If you’re into weapons of the road, LSD, skateboards, choppers, tattoos, or generally anything HEAVY, you’re gonna love his blog. Check it out and give him your money.
