is hard to come by. Me personally… I like my women tough. Im hard headed, impulsive, and obsessive so any woman that marries me has gotta know how to communicate in a way that I can understand. Love ya Mama!
Your Options:
1. Make Dinner
2. Calm your son who has been freaking out
3. Shove that bike up your ass before I do

Look closely at old chopper bars. The crazy wild two-piece ones are usually a set of apes or bull horns that have been flipped, cut, mildly bent or hacked. That’s what I’m doing and shit is looking right on time. Dig it. Measure, cut, slug em, tap & mount, measure again and add a cross member or two for good measure. Some dude online is asking 120 bucks for bars just like these.
Total cost… $20 + chrome.
Satisfaction of making em myself… priceless.

Got this a few months back. Chopper, Digger, Prism tank. Pretty clean inside and out. Well made. Half runnable cap included. Two petcock bungs at the rear. A good piece for that stretched chop project. It’s maybe 22″ long and 12″ across. Email for exact measurements. Ive listed it in the CHOPPER-SHACK.

Finally got the bottom end completed. Got that Andrews AB cam spaced out proper. Cone back on. Tappets and hydro lifters cleaned and neatly back in place. New rings on .060 over pistons. Cylinders torqued back down and I even took a minute to set the timing. For now Im shelving the motor and Ill come back to the top end when I have more free time. I’ve got a couple pairs of heads that I need to have blasted before I reassemble so I’ll just save up the extra scratch and service all of them at the same time. This thing is looking real good and should run even better. Much thanks to Gator and Bear on this one. They both really laid some knowledge on me during the entire rebuild. Learning shovels from the best in the biz is a humbling (and equally rad) experience. More from the chopper blog soon.
