I make it a point every summer to squeeze in one big trip which usually goes on for close to half a month. I rode out to wyoming with my buddy Eric last summer. We rode all day and soaked up the sun. We slept on the side of bars, out behind a car wash or waysides, windy nights along the grasslands and we even took up with the tourists and squatted a spot out in Yellowstone. It was fucking rad. I just found a few pics today.

So fucking good, Harley Davidson wishes they’d thought of it themselves. At long last, a mid control shift set up for your HARLEY FUCKING DAVIDSON. The SUPER/SHIFT is numero uno in the business for positive shift operation in a compact, chrome finish. If you’re looking for a superior shift for your Harley Davidson, you just found it. Both the peg arm and shift arm are on a splined shaft for a perfect fit and orientation every time. The perfect compliment to your stock FX style brake control.

Faraway Places

It’s been a long road. First working solo in my garage. Then being part of a group of guys sharing a communal space. These days I’m finding my stride of creativity exists somewhere between the two places. Im in my own shop now. I’ve found a great balance of creativity and productivity. I’m right next door to my buddies which allows me to occasionally socialize yet I can always lock the door and tune the world out as needed. If you’re in the twin cities and need new or used parts or service, give a call.

Shovelhead Motor

Needs a rebuild but overall it’s in good condition. It’s a 77 and includes bill of sale. A couple small odds and ends are needed but it’s pretty much all there. Id sell it as it sits or Ill split the top and bottom for the right price. Looking for maybe 1500 or best offer. Call the shop if you’re interested.

Put Up or Shut Up

busted-01Ever notice how the internet gives us pages of pics of bikes at shows or bikes being built or shots of bikes on a staged background? It’s gotta make you wonder… either nobody breaks down or there’s too much show and tell instead of hammering on some miles. Yeah sure, I get it – exercise in creativity, process, developing skills, craftsmanship – blah blah blah. On the other hand, If you’re not riding, you’re blowing it.
