We received a lovely letter from Judy at Harley Davidson legal last week. She was nice enough to inform us that our E-Flector is “likely to dilute the distinctive character of our famous trademark.” Obviously we were like, “Harley-Davidson… never heard of you.” BUT… We also thought it best to publicly announce to anyone listening that there is officially no such product.
