I am not going to this. I wish I was. I know people who are. I’ve never been to AZ. Looks like fun. Again… I am not going. Someone please kick my ass. If you are going, please have a blast and mail me something like a picture of you having tacos or riding in the warm sunshine so I can have a reminder of how much of a god damned loser I am for flaking out. Minnesota Gold

Found a fella 3 blocks away who was getting rid of a couple snow throwers. This one he had for the last 35 years! 8HP, 26″ auger, First pull – MONSTER blower. Only cost me $30 bucks! I admit, most readers from outside of the northern Midwest probably wont get it but if you ARE from round these parts then you probably understand that $30 is honestly unheard of for ANY snow blower. By Minnesota standards, this thing is GOLD. Took me an entire weekend of smooth talking the guy to finally make the deal. Now if I can just figure out how to throw some lights and a sissy bar on it???

Been looking at getting back to my guilty pleasure. Looking into the Minnesota Dragways and found some old, random memorabilia. Its always kinda cool to look back and find cool pics. It always seems to drive home the history of these race tracks and racers. Enjoy -

Satan’s Chariot

Killing time waiting for the fellas to show up. Got a nice little pic of Satan’s Chariot (a.k.a “Beelzebub’s Vibrator”). Nothing but an iPhone camera and my motion sensor light from the garage. It was seriously looking like some kind of magazine spread shit or something. Rode out last night for a while. Cold as ever. Stopped by the Temple to catch up with folks. Hey Man Pan

Joe – a ham for the cam manages to pop up all over the chop web. I looked at a number of pics I got from Born Free, Full Tilt, and Davenport and somehow Joe is always floating in the background. Well its all for good cause cause Joe’s for real. He’s been hiding in the shadows for a year now working on the original “Hey Man! Pan”. Look for this thing next season. He’s killing it. Big plans to drive this thing to Cali and back Flying solo like a dog in the wind. I snagged this pic from Zac’s Heavy-Clothing.com.

Next year Minnesota is gonna be blowing up with all kinds of new shit. I think at least half the guys in the scene here are working on something new for next year. Spencer, Joe, Pete, Dave, Me, Chris and maybe Gator is he’s still hanging around.
