Movin on to new projects in the garage means its time to free up some cash and pass some treasures and positive vibes on to the next guy. I just added a good complete star hub and a nice Drag Specialties King Queen seat to the chopper shack. I also removed some old stuff that sold. This is Jameson. We call him Sonny. He’s 2 years old, almost 3 and a half feet tall and he’s got the hair of a god damned angel.
I sat outside the other afternoon while my son played in the sandbox. I was just kicking back in a chair enjoying the day. Sonny was playing trucks, diggin’ holes, wearing one sock and what not. It reminded me that being a kid rules. That’s sort of the same thing that gets me so obsessed with bikes. Dickin’ around with bikes and riding around with friends keeps you young at heart. The trick is to go with the flow and always pay your own way. As soon as you start taking sh*t too serious or writing checks your ass cant cash, you’re fucked.

Dude came by last night with cash. We loaded up the XS and it’s off to it’s new home in Iowa. Hopefully I’ll see that thing again sometime. Been a damn good bike to me but when it’s time to go, it’s time to go. On to bigger and better builds.

Lots of tire kicking over the weekend. One guy laid down cash and backed out. THE SCOOTER IS STILL AVAILABLE. One weekend of reassembly and you’ve got a scooter worth 2k come spring. Someone come and take this thing home.
Vintage ’64 Vespa VNB
Body in Great Shape. Beatles Yellow New paint. Motor rebuilt from split cases up. Nothing overlooked. Everything new. Electronic ignition. Stock 125cc motor w/ newer 3 port 150cc top end. Mikuni Race carb set up. New wire harness which I already routed through out the entire body. All you need to do is reassemble and plug in the stator and reg/rectifier (also new and included) and you’re ready for spring. You name it, I’ve fixed, cleaned or replaced it. Looking for quick cash for yet another project.
